Your RTOS report should include the following:

RTOS Name
RTOS Contact info (usually a website)
Open source? Or how licensed?
Processors it runs on
 - does it include memory management or not?
Language written in? Are compilers included? 
 - Languages supported? Programming environment
O/S Structure? Is it modular? How implemented?
Features that are implemented
Unique features that are included
Any other special characteristics (try to get beyond the media hype!)
