Virtual Reality for Science, Security, and STEM Education

Nick Cramer, Software Engineer, Virtual Reality

Abstract

Primarily, we learn in four different ways: what we see, what we hear, what we say, and what we do. That's why virtual reality is such a game changer. At Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, our computer scientists and engineers create new immersive software experiences to learn new concepts in those four key ways. We think virtual reality is one of the best ways to see, explore, and share experiences, data, and ideas to better understand. Join me to learn how PNNL is creating virtual reality experiences for science, security, and education.
