split the PopulateListBoxes into two functions, one is just a plane populate used for initial display, the other is UpdateListBoxes which is Bens differencing function. Also cleared the datagrid view after the lstOptionListBox_ItemChecked is triggered to allow the datagrid view to reflect the actual results, not just appending the new results to the origional.
