Team Values

In order to accomplish our vision, Team 50 will stick to the following values:

1. Quality - Be it research, software, or general communication, we believe that everything we do should be held to sufficient quality standards.

2. Communication - Communication is the key to a successful, organized group. We will:
a. Ensure that each team member has a general understanding of the system workings.
b. We will meet together at least once a week.
c. We will maintain regular contact through the team email forwarding address.

3. Documentation - Clear and concise documentation is key to the research of this project. The results of our research should be presented in a way that it is not only easy to follow, but easy to reproduce. The results given should be 100% accurate and multiple test cases will strive to reflect this.

4. Consistency - Consistency is central to success, it minimizes noise in experimental results, and ensures that a project maintains forward momentum throughout its life-cycle. Team 50 will exhibit consistency of effort and quality, ensuring acurate results in a predictable and timely manner as apposed to haphazard and herculean efforts as deadlines approach.

5. Cooperation - We hope that each team member will benefit from the overall experience gained by learning and working with the rest of team do complete this project. We also hope to learn from any difficulties and struggles we might encounter, especially in finding ways to overcome them.
