Purpose: Instructor Meeting

Attendees: Prof. Junk, Frank Jones, Ryan Lease, Andrew H.,  Michael Kruger

	Michael: working on incorporating file-handling into the aesCell application


	Frank:Increased IO and page size, fixed key-bug, implemented most of the CBC code


	Ryan: working with Frank on the design, developing specialized test cases for release 3;  
we think that there are specialized cases for best and worst case performance.  Working 
with design spec.


	Andrew:  Updating documentation, trying to clean up release2 "stuff" and getting the task 
list up to date


	Junk: Asked about our defects, are we unable to log pending defects etc.  Have someone else
try to log the defects.


We need to be more diligent about putting our release together, there is a lot of code 
turmoil so "watch out",... "be careful".


"Somebody needs to start thinking about your poster"...


"Layout poster in 32*40; when your are ready to go take it to PK and he can print it to the HP plotter.  
If push comes to shove come to me"


Lamination will need to be done at the commons, it will cost $20,... perhaps Cody will fund it.


"I will put your poster in the expo"


If anyone will be around that could participate in that it would be good


	Ryan:  Asked if Frank had e-mailed Cody our updated design (include reminder)


	Frank: I'll do that.


	Michael:  Note that for the final presentation e-mail Cody and ask if there are any SEL "procedures" 
they would like us to follow.


	Junk:  SEL will be careful with there corporate image,  "I would like to see a logo on your poster" 
Identify Cody as the primary sponsor on your poster.
