Summary of Items Discussed:
2:00 P.M.
-Mike was/is sick as well as taking tests, so he doesn't have as much ready as he planned.
He plans to have the file handler routines done and ready for testing in the next few days.

-Andrew has been working on research and getting a development environment working.

-Ryan has been working on getting the dev. environment working, as well as sample programs
to help with file dispersal to the SPEs. 

-Frank got a test spec and some sample applications coded up and they are available on the 
website. 

-We need to check our test specification. Frank believes there is another layer of logs we 
have to create for our testing.

-Close defects
-Tag first release in stats-cvs
-Rename files on the wiki
-Add an option to the file handler to force the # of SPEs used to perform 
an encryption.
