Meeting Minutes
Purpose: Discuss Release 2 and Release 3

Summary of Items Discussed:
2:00 P.M.

-Frank has been working on the SDK from IBM as well as running a sample 
"Hello World" application
through the simulator. Frank has also tested the application on the PS3 
and reports that it runs
well.

-Ryan has been researching how to split files into multiple SPE's and 
utilize the onboard memory that each of the processors have.
-Andrew has his SDK nearly up and running, but hasn't run anything through 
the simulator. He is also helping Ryan with research.

-Mike has been working on setting up a VPN for us so that we can access 
the PS3 from outside the lab. He has also been modifying our file script 
handler to add the features that Cody recommended.

-Professor Junk wants to make sure we include our design changes in our 
documentation as well
as let Cody know what exactly we plan to change.
-Make sure the documentation links get changed on the wiki so they 
actually access something.

-Midterm Evaluations

- As suggested last week, we planned to move Release 2 back by one week, 
which would put our Release 3 in line with the beta release. This is fine 
because we don't lose any development time overall and the differences 
between Release 3 and Release 2 would be so minimal that merging them
does not pose a risk to completion times.
