- Our team realizes that we must communicate and cooperate in order to achieve our goals. In order to achieve these goals, we must relay information between our team and our customer. Daily communication and good cooperation will allow our team to work together on different parts of the software, which will increase code production efficiency and reduce time fixing problems between pieces of code.
- Equality in our Commitments and Contributions
- Our team understands that along with cooperation comes equality in the amount of work each member does. The team must balance work between all members, and each member understands that they need to do their share of the work each week.
- Timely Delivery
- The team recognizes the commitment to deliver all products on time. The team must work together to ensure all goals are met on time, and if they are not, the customer must be contacted before the due date so a new time can be scheduled. When a deadline cannot be delayed, the team recognizes the need to alter our development plans and eliminate low-priority features in order to produce a quality product in the time available.
- Well-written Documentation
- Hewlett Packard will continue to use the Code Turmoil Collection Tool long after we've finish this project. Our team understands the need to create effective documentation for every step of this project so that future programmers can easily add features as the need arises.
