Weekly Team Meeting

Summary: This meeting consisted of discussion about Bruce's testing of the 
CTMT, adding versioning and verbose output to the interface, testing 
methods we need to use, and the beta presentation.
 
Attendees
       Brandon Riggers, Peter Brown-Hayes, Travis Thoroman, Shruti
Upadhyaya, and Bill Junk.
 
 
Topics discussed:
1) Final presentation date is set for December 7, 2007.
2) Problems between release 2 and beta release involving uploading issues.
3) Task list updates for the beta and final release.
4) All files on the website need to be checked when they are uploaded -- 
Need to ensure the team has good processes for the final two steps so that 
the project finishes smoothly.
5) Testing methods:
   a) Test a single file with two revisions.
   b) Test a two files with two revisions; then 10; 100; 1,000; 5,000; and 
then as many as needed.
   c) Testing performance to ensure the software is fast enough to be used 
in the working environment.
   d) Special tests to ensure that subversion properly handles files that 
are close together within the same directory.
6) Meeting and presentation after break were moved:
   a) Presentation for release 3 is moved to the first monday after 
Thanksgiving break.
   b) Next weekly meeting will take place on Wednesday, November 14th, 
2007.
