Summary: This meeting consisted of a discussion about the release 2 
presentation, and the end requirements and goals of the project.
 
Attendees
      Brandon Riggers, Peter Brown-Hayes, Travis Thoroman, Shruti 
Upadhyaya, and Bill Junk.
 
 
Topics discussed:
1) All team members need to meet commitments - Everyone in the team 
needs to be equal in responsibilities, product, code, testing, etc.
 
2) Focus for the beta release by meeting the following 
standards/commitments:
  a) Need to create a working 'bare minimum' piece of software that meets 
Bruce's requirements.
  b) Keep on task and step up work hours to make sure the project is done 
correctly.
 
3) The team needs to remember the focus is on the product, and we need to 
keep the task list updated so that it outlines every day until the beta 
release.
 
4) The team needs to update STAT-CVS and get it on the website, so we need 
to talk to other teams or get the info we can to get it working.
Note:  This will need to be run as a KRON on Earth because it is the only 
CS computer that allows KRON-jobs.
 
5) Testing issues/difficulties.
 
Final Action Items:
1) Need to define a clear set of goals for the final release, and check 
with Bruce to make sure that they are what he needs.
2) Need to handle defects, and make sure we discuss with Bruce any defects 
that will not be fixed.
3) All documents need to be updated and uploaded to the website, so that 
Bruce has access to up to date documents.
