Topics discussed:

This was rather a short meeting. 
It involved discussion with Bill 
about the contents and work necessary 
for our first release. There is an 
open defect which should be mentioned 
in release notes. We need to provide more 
description on the existing defect.
One of the defects has been fixed. 
Release package will be posted over the weekend. 
We need to lay out activities for Release 2. 
Task lists need to be updated.
