1.  Accomplishments - Report on accomplishments during the prior week, including:
    a.  Meeting to discuss the Concept Proposal, creation of Subversion repositories, and
        the investigation of the different diff utilities.
    b.  Running different diff utilities on simple files (simple and small-scale "tests").
    c.  Communicate to Bruce some initial questions and findings.
    d.  Prepare the Concept Proposal itself.

2.  Concept Proposal presentation - Peter will be presenting

3.  Issues/Questions involving the Concept Proposal

4.  Discussion of diff investigations - Each team member can breifly express what he or 
    she has found and possibly an initial opinion of what option may work for our project.

5.  Looking forward - Discussion of next week's objectives, including specific tasks (for 
    the task list) and next week's meeting time and day.
