For this subproject you just need to turn in a description of your plan for Project 4 - about one page. You should have either a clearly defined hypothesis or a well defined application problem. If you are testing a hypothesis you should include a description of the planned experiment. If you are trying to solve a specific application problem you should include a general description of the evolutionary algorithm you're proposing to use (is it a GA or GP or Cartesian GP, etc.? How will solutions be represented? Etc.).
If you are proposing a group project, make it clear why this should be a group project and how the work will be divided (or shared).
The major goal of this subproject is simply to make sure that the projects are reasonable for the time remaining in the course. Feel free to email ideas in advance.
