CS112
Assignment #10
Due: Friday April 10th
For this assignment you will be expanding the flower drawing program we've been creating in
processing. You should start with either your Assignment 9 program or with the "better flower function code"
from the course schedule.
Include the following features in the new version of the program:
- Put a block comment at the beginning of the program with your name, the
assignment number, and the date.
- Make sure you have two different flower functions that draw different flowers.
- For each of the flower functions make sure that the function takes two arguments: the
x and y location that the flower is to be drawn at. Look at the "better flower function code" on the
course scheudle if you need help with this part..
- Using the keyPressed() function change the code so that different flowers are draw (at the location of the
mouse) when different keys are pressed. For example, when a 1 is pressed the first type of flower is draw
at the mouse's location and when a 2 is pressed the second type of flower is drawn.
- Add two more key options that draw sets of flowers. For example, the first option might
draw a "bouquet" of the two flower types in an arc and the second option might make a piller of flowers.
both of these options should work by calling the existing flower functions repeatedly with different
locations for the flowers.
Turn in: Save your project with the name [scratchname]flowers2.
Processing will add the extention .pde. E.g. my project would be saved as
tsoule89flowers2 (without the []'s). Email the project as an
attachment to both TAs
Allen, Craig (alle7522@vandals.uidaho.edu); MacPhereson, Serendel (macp6269@vandals.uidaho.edu).
Make the subject of the email CS112Assignment10.
